Statements:

  1. I, H.H. Sri Dadaji Mahendranath, as the author of the writings contained in the publication ``The Scrolls of Mahendranath'', and spiritual leader of The International Order of Naths, do on this date, transfer all international rights of copyright of said publication, including rights of legal ownership, all other connected perogatives, including but not limited to the receipt of royalties, rights of licensure to outside agents, as well as the right to translate or adapt this work into any other forms of media, to the non-profit spiritual organization known as The International Order of Naths, 6920 Roosevelt Way, N.E., #225 Seattle, WA 98115, United States of America. This transfer of ownership shall remain binding in perpetuity, or until such time that the authorized leaders of The International Order of Naths or their designated heirs effect a transfer of copyright. At this time, I authorize Sanford Berry (aka Garudanath), of Seattle, Washington State, U.S.A. as the receiving agent of this copyright title transfer to the International Order of Naths.

  2. I, as original author, further grant The International Order of Naths or their designated agents permission to publish or republish the contents of any of my writings, without penalty of royalty payment to any other of my agents, if such writings had been previously published. I further assert, that I previously have not entered into any exclusive agreement of publishing my writings prior to today, which might incorrectly imply a prior transfer of this author's copyright ownership to any other agent.

  3. Upon my Maha samadhi (death), I will that all my rights of copyright to any other of my writings not contained in ``The Scrolls of Mahendranath'' be transferred to The International Order of Naths, and their designated heirs.

  4. Copies of this testament shall reside at three locations: my hermitage in Mehmadabad, Gujarat, India, also with The International Order of Naths, Seattle, Washington State, and with the United States Copyright Office, Library of Congress, Washington, D.C. 20559, United States of America. Furthermore, announcement of this affidavit is to be recorded in the next edition of the International Order of Naths' regular newsletter: The Open Door.
